Every year Money XI somewhat mistakenly thinks that he will beat Style Guide. Every year as hard as the Monkey, I mean Money tries he never wins. But every start of every new season the belief has swelled in him once more, like a berry getting nice and ripe. This year is no different. Even though the Guide has won 3 titles in a row, and the fact the Monkey has never beaten him, that little Monkey still believes!
So I have to put my money where my mouth is! And I have given the Monkey some action, good action at that! I gave the Monkey 5/2 if he bet £100, that he would win the The Bays League this season, IF I can bet with him £100 at EVENS that the Guide will again win the league! I'm losing a lot of equity, but to get action you have to give action! So there is a little extra added spice this year to the league!
(Of course if neither the Monkey or the Guide win, therefore the bet is a wash.)
